Legal Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Legal Intern will act as a resource to complete special projects surrounding the Legal team and the various functions oversee by the legal team members. This includes but is not limited to participating in projects surrounding the organization’s contract lifecycle management tool, working with business associate agreements, client contracts, creating spreadsheets to track legal language, and other administrative duties as assigned.

 

The Details:  This is a full-time remote opportunity. 12-weeks internship that will run from early June through August 2025.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Gather information, perform research and resolve inquires related to projects as assigned.
  • Perform a wide variety of supportive functions and other duties to the Legal team.
  • Document different information as needed.
  • General clerical duties, e-faxing and electronic filing documents.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A third or fourth year student currently enrolled in an accredited college program, and pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred emphasis in a pre-law studies, business, healthcare or business administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

 

SALARY RANGE

  • $17.00-$20.00 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.
