ABOUT THE ROLE
As a project management intern you will provide support to the Chief of Staff, and enterprise project management team. You will work on projects that will give you hands-on experience with project management tools, project management methodology, business analysis, quality assurance and change management. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication, presentation and problem-solving skills in a business environment.
The Details: This is a full-time remote opportunity. 12-weeks internship that will run from early June through August 2025.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination and communication on interdepartmental tasks and processes
- Report on and prepare presentation materials for assigned projects
- Support of senior project team members
- Review, create and/or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness
- Update and maintain project documentation
- Manage assigned project tasks through completion
- Shadow project managers and provide valuable contributions
- Assist with organization of project documentation and published information

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A 2nd / 3rdyear or graduating student currently enrolled in an accredited college program and pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and function well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong quantitative skills preferred with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Natural intellectual curiosity with strong research skills
SALARY RANGE
- $17.00-$20.00 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.
