We are seeking dedicated and motivated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will be vital to providing in-home and/or center-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs.
About the Role:
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work with patients to help them develop new skills, and reduce or increase targeted behaviors
- Collect and record data to measure progress
- Collaborate with others to ensure consistency across environments
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Minimal Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalency
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- RBT/BCaBA credential in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental needs
Excellent Qualifications:
- Masters level degree
- Individual working towards sitting for the BCBA exam (current student)

- In homes within Montgomery County
- In homes within Prince George's County
