Content and Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic content operator who knows how to turn attention into revenue. This is not just about growing followers it's about building an audience that converts.

You’ll be responsible for growing our newsletter and social channels, launching revenue-generating products (paid newsletter, online course), and helping us launch and grow a podcast. 

You should be equal parts creative and analytical someone who’s comfortable editing a short-form video in the morning and brainstorming monetization funnels in the afternoon.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Grow and monetize our Substack newsletter — convert readers into paying subscribers
  • Launch and optimize paid courses, including funnels, launch campaigns, and upsells
  • Help script, produce, edit, and distribute a podcast — across audio + video platforms
  • Create and edit short-form video content for social media (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
  • Use Kit to manage content scheduling and posting across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with designers and developers (on Webflow) to launch landing pages and sales funnels
  • Own content strategy across social, newsletter, and podcast — aligned with business goals
  • Run A/B tests, track conversions, and iterate quickly on what's working
  • Help grow a community of engaged followers and turn them into loyal customers

 

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have experience growing and monetizing content (paid newsletters, courses, etc.)
  • Know your way around Substack, Kit, Webflow, and basic video/audio editing tools
  • Can manage and grow a podcast (production and distribution)
  • Are fluent in content marketing, growth loops, and creator monetization strategies
  • Understand virality, hooks, content journeys, and storytelling
  • Enjoy experimenting and can back your ideas with data
  • Know how to collaborate with designers, video editors, and developers
  • Bonus Points:
  • Have launched a successful paid newsletter, podcast, or course yourself
  • Understand audience segmentation, email automation, or SEO
  • Familiar with Kajabi, Teachable, Podbean, Riverside.fm, or similar tools
