About the job
As part of this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the North American sales team and the local market representatives. You’ll have the chance to make a significant impact on our business and actively contribute to our ambitious growth objectives. Your direct support will help the Sales team achieve their sales goals while maintaining the company’s high standards.
We are looking for a highly motivated colleague with an agile mindset to become part of our Sales team based in Smyrna (TE). You will report to the President of Home Solutions, North America.
You will be part of our Graduate and Early Career Program (GEC) of 18 months, which enables you to:
- Deliver meaningful projects with impact on our local and global business – from the very beginning
- Own responsibilities and challenging projects for you to accelerate your professional development and personal growth

- Take on more responsibility after successful completion of the program, either in your current team, or in a different function/division/location based on your performance and available opportunities
Your tasks
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential for all key accounts
- Develop and implement an effective strategic business plan that meets key performance and product objectives
- Work closely with Leadership and key distributors to develop and refine marketing plan and strategy to assist in achieving sales targets, brand positioning strategy and market presence (tradeshows, industry groups, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with Product Development and Marketing teams on developing new products and services to meet market opportunities
- Effectively executes trainings to key customers and stakeholders on learnings developed through business analysis and key business initiatives
- Monitor, analyze and report on current sales and market trends
- Standardize measurements that will focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business segment
Requirements
- To be considered for this role, candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, but preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- You have already gained your first working experience of maximum 2 years in a multinational, interdivisional and/or cross-functional role in industrial or consumer goods sector, ideally with a ‘consultancy profile’
- Languages: fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
- Analytical skills, collaborative, and agile learner
- Ability to build relationships across diverse teams in an inclusive organization
- Strong business acumen with an ability to see the big picture
- Passion for delivering on objectives and developing solutions
- Proven skills in project management: both methodology and putting theory into practice
- Strong influencing and communication skills to ensure results within cross-functional projects
