
Client Service Associate
This position ensures that every client’s interaction with our Team is nothing less than exceptional. This involves administrative duties such as answering the phones, preparing correspondence, facilitating transactions, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting agendas, assisting in the preparation for appointments and coordinating client events. The candidate must excel at working independently within the context of our team and must be adept at solving problems to conclusion. The ideal candidate requires little supervision and strives everyday to make a difference.
The candidate we seek is first and foremost a people person. Critically, this is not someone who can just talk to clients, but intuitively understands their requirements and tenaciously pursues solutions that provides them satisfaction and exceeds their expectations.
We expect broad support from this person, requiring a significant degree of focus, discipline and concentration. Effective time management and well-honed multi-tasking are of tantamount importance. Comfort and conversancy with software, to include MS Office Suite and CRMs, is essential. We seek a teammate that embraces technology and understands how to leverage it for our success. Verbal and written communication skills, an appetite and willingness to learn and perseverance are attributes we value.

The person hired for this position will be required to study for and pass the Series 65 exam ( a 130-question multiple choice regulatory test) within 90 days of employment.
