
Marketing and Customer Success Intern
We are seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Customer Success intern. This role will involve working closely with our Customer Experience team to take the lead in developing a system to improve the Pvilion customer experience. This internship will provide insight behind the scenes of all marketing efforts and customer success management, including professional communication, product feedback, customer retention, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Assist in social media content planning and creation
- Work closely with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Prepare promotional presentations and materials
- Perform market analysis and market research
- Oversee misc. creative projects
- Collaborate with customer service team on customer success journey
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Troubleshooting processes. Develop a process for troubleshooting different customer needs when they arise.
- Customer feedback collection and data analysis. Help develop a database to collect feedback from customers to use for product and service improvements.
- Customer success management. Develop systems for proactive customer support and check-ups with existing customers.
- Organize an internal customer service manual with best practices.
- Occasionally collaborate with other interns on overlapping projects
