Marketing Intern – Customer Experience & Digital Insights 
Full-Time Internship | 32–40 Hours per Week | Atlanta, GA or Miramar, FL (Flexible Hybrid)

Position Overview 
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Intern to join our team and support the tactical execution of key B2C and B2B marketing initiatives. This intern will play a critical role in customer insight analysis, digital metrics tracking, execution of AI-driven enhancements to our customer journey and content management. You’ll work closely with WMS' marketing leadership, cross-functional teams and our cruise line partners to deliver programs that improve consumer satisfaction, expand consumer education deepen partner engagement, and support ongoing growth in our Cellular at Sea offerings. 

Key Responsibilities 
You’ll contribute to a variety of strategic marketing projects, including: 

Consumer Sentiment & NPS Measurement 

Assist in designing and executing mid-cruise and post-cruise satisfaction check-ins 

Analyze consumer feedback and social sentiment to identify experience trends 

Track NPS results and help recommend strategies to improve scores and reduce friction across the customer journey 

Customer Journey Optimization 

Support the rollout and ongoing refinement of an AI-powered chatbot experience for cellularatsea.com 

Help shape website content and interactive tools that recommend cruise connectivity solutions based on user profile and cruise type 

Coordinate enhancements to the website based on customer feedback and user data analytics 

Digital Marketing & Performance Metrics 

Track digital engagement metrics such as website traffic, click-through rates, campaign conversions, and sentiment analytics 

Help maintain and optimize dashboards that visualize KPIs for consumer and partner marketing performance 

Assist with reporting insights to internal stakeholders and external partners to support co-marketing initiatives 

Content Management with Cruise Brands 

Audit cruise partner content for accuracy on Cellular at Sea service 

Work with WMS’ cruise brand partners to update pre-cruise and onboard content 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

Adept at emerging AI technologies including ChatGPT, Grok, etc. 

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 

Strong interest in marketing analytics, customer experience design, and digital innovation 

Experience or coursework in data analytics, digital marketing, or UX design is a plus 

Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize findings into clear insights 

Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced team environment 

Location & Schedule 

Position is based in either Atlanta, GA or Miramar, FL 

Flexible hybrid schedule with ability to work remotely part of the week 

Schedule can be adapted to support class schedules or part-time jobs
