
Supply Chain/Operations Intern
Argo Turboserve Corporation (ATC), a leading Supply Chain Management and Distribution company seeks a part-time supply chain/operations intern. The position can be based in our Rutherford, NJ office, with a hybrid work remote option.
Job Overview:
- Turbine Supplier Expediting
- Supply Chain Management vendor quoting
- Shipping support
- Systems and Process Documentation
- Pricing and Lead-Time Analysis
- Customer Follow up
- Supplier Management (i.e. conflict materials, score carding, commoditizing vendors)
- Reporting
- Company research
- Marketing Initiatives – website, social media
- Quality Control and Document Archival
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business, or related area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Must possess the ability to communicate/interact with all levels of management, as well as customers and suppliers alike.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to enter data efficiently and accurately into ERP system
