Supply Chain/Operations Intern

Argo Turboserve Corporation (ATC), a leading Supply Chain Management and Distribution company seeks a part-time supply chain/operations intern. The position can be based in our Rutherford, NJ office, with a hybrid work remote option.

 

Job Overview:

  • Turbine Supplier Expediting
  • Supply Chain Management vendor quoting
  • Shipping support
  • Systems and Process Documentation
  • Pricing and Lead-Time Analysis
  • Customer Follow up
  • Supplier Management (i.e. conflict materials, score carding, commoditizing vendors)
  • Reporting
  • Company research
  • Marketing Initiatives – website, social media
  • Quality Control and Document Archival

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business, or related area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Must possess the ability to communicate/interact with all levels of management, as well as customers and suppliers alike.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Ability to enter data efficiently and accurately into ERP system
