Brand Mangement Intern

Job Summary
Coordinate marketing initiatives and efforts among various collections of brands. Assist the Director of Marketing and Brand Managers in duties related to social media marketing, product launches, and product portfolio management. The internship will consist of coordinating marketing initiatives and efforts among various collections of brands. This is a temporary internship that will continue through August 2025.
Essential Functions

  • Helps to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Collects and analyzes marketing reports and summaries.
  • Coordinates advertising campaigns via setting objectives and organizing efforts.
  • Supports brand managers with product launches and marketing material.
  • Develops promotional material by coordinating requirements across multiple
  • departments.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics,
  • market share, pricing, and advertising; maintains research databases.
  • Assists brand managers in maintaining marketing material, website contents, and
  • databases.
  • Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration.

Additional Responsibilities

  • May supervise and coordinate activities of marketing personnel.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to trade shows, seminars, customer/distributor
  • meetings and presentations.
  • Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures,
  • programs and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from a four-year college or university.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
  • instructions, and procedure manuals. Good verbal and written communication skills are
  • necessary.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and
  • percentages.
  • Strong knowledge of or experience in utilizing excel.

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth
  • perception, accommodation, color vision, field of vision.
