This summer, we’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and customer-focused Servers to join our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Position Overview:
As a Server at Horseshoe Bay Resort, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our guests. We have several outlets to choose from. This is a seasonal position that provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment and have a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for guests while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to ensure a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
Take food and beverage orders, accurately input orders into the POS system, and deliver food and drinks to guests.
Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Ensure tables are set up properly, clean, and ready for new guests.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the smooth flow of service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean dining environment.
Help with opening and closing procedures as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Must be at least 18 years old.
