Restaurant Supervisor Intern

We are currently seeking a motivated, passionate, and driven Restaurant Supervisor Intern to join our dynamic team and assist in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Supervisor Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in restaurant management while working closely with our leadership team to oversee daily operations. This internship will provide you with valuable skills in team leadership, guest service, inventory management, and more within a fast-paced, high-energy resort environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring service standards are met.

Support restaurant managers in developing and implementing operational strategies for improving guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.

Help with scheduling and training new staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Assist in inventory control and assist with ordering supplies.

Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house.

Requirements:

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with a diverse team.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the hospitality and food & beverage industries.

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service is a plus.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
