**Job Description:** 

As an Accountant at Your Family Caregivers, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and preparing financial reports. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting strategic decisions through your expertise.

 **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. - Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Assist with budgeting and forecasting to help guide financial planning. - Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. - Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices.
