What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Management Trainee:
- Support and collaborate with other Entry Level Management Trainee members to create and execute non-profit campaigns for L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs and Violence).
- Develop innovative strategies to increase donor engagement, boost brand awareness, and support the organization’s mission of creating safer communities.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful results.
- Gain hands-on experience in fundraising and leadership development.
- Participate in ongoing training to succeed professionally and prepare for future leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Management Trainee:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in non-profit or in a leadership role preferred but not required
- A positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of people.
- A passion for social causes, particularly those related to youth safety, substance abuse prevention, and violence reduction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
