Management Associate
About the Role:
The Management Associate position is designed to cultivate future leaders within our commercial lending and credit administration areas of the bank. This role will provide comprehensive exposure to various departments within the framework of a formalized 18 to 24 month management training program, allowing associates to gain a holistic understanding of our operations and strategic objectives. The primary end result of this position is to develop a well-rounded skill set that prepares associates for leadership roles within the organization. Ultimately, this role aims to equip candidates with the necessary tools and experiences to contribute to the growth and success of our company. At the completion of the Management Associate Program, career path choices that will be offered are Commercial Banking or Commercial Credit.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools and software.
- Leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.
Responsibilities:
