Senior Data Analyst

🚀 A fast-growing SaaS company in the U.S. is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Growth team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact by driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing key business metrics, and working with cross-functional teams.

Role:

🔹 Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance.
🔹 Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing, sales, and revenue metrics.
🔹 Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
🔹 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve decision-making.
🔹 Ensure data integrity and implement quality control processes.

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
✅ Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
✅ Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical teams.
✅ Experience in B2B SaaS analytics, including growth and financial metrics.
✅ Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).

💡 Nice to have: Python, DBT, Git, and experience with marketing analytics.
