Senior Product Manager

🚀 A fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative financial products. You’ll play a key role in optimizing user experience, driving conversion rates, and shaping the product roadmap. Role:

🔹 Own and optimize the front-end experience, focusing on increasing conversion rates and user engagement
🔹 Improve onboarding and user application flows for a seamless experience
🔹 Analyze user feedback and data to drive product enhancements
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs and product goals
🔹 Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention
🔹 Partner with engineering to execute product strategies and resolve technical challenges

Requirements:

✅ 6+ years in product management with experience shipping consumer-facing products
✅ Strong technical background—experience with SQL and data analysis is a must
✅ Expertise in front-end conversion optimization and user engagement strategies
✅ Familiarity with D2C or B2B2C product models
✅ Strong understanding of consumer metrics like CAC, conversion rate, and ROI
✅ Experience working with RESTful APIs, Golang, Node.js, and microservices (preferred)
