Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator Intern
Internship Details: Participating interns must have the ability to work full-time from the dates of May 27, 2025 to August 15, 2025. During the 10-week internship program, the expected flexible work schedule will model our current hybrid plan where interns will work remotely on Fridays, and in EarthLink’s office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The starting pay is $20/hr, based on qualifications and experience.

Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Marketing and Project Management Intern to join our team and support various marketing and business initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing campaigns, and business operations.

- Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing marketing and business projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain and update Asana boards, Smartsheet imports, schedules, deadlines, and project reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.
- Organize and track marketing assets, documents, and reports to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.
- Assist with market research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Support the Marketing Team with the execution of marketing campaigns, including copywriting, graphics, and video production.
- Assist with event planning, promotional materials, and logistics.
- Conduct competitor research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide support for various other marketing initiatives as needed

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Background or coursework in project management, business, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing 4-year bachelor's degree as a rising junior or senior.
- Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Internship Benefits: Summer interns will be eligible to work flexible hours, where your daily working hours will be defined with your direct manager. Interns are eligible for holiday pay for the Fourth of July. Other benefits include free on-site parking and weekly hot lunches.
