What You Get to Do
- Market Support: Be the daily go-to for our sales force, ensuring all accounts are merchandised to perfection—just the way our customers and we expect!
- Inventory & Backstock Management: Keep products fresh and organized, from cold boxes to shelves—no product ever gets left behind.
- Display Mastermind: Create eye-catching displays that meet both supplier and company guidelines, driving visibility and sales.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work hand-in-hand with Sales Representatives and the Chain Division to execute monthly programs, ensuring we meet our goals together.
- Data Management: Maintain and submit required reports on time and ensure product rotation stays on track—because fresh products make happy customers.
- Training & Growth: Attend product and business training sessions to stay ahead of the game and continue your professional development.
- Flexibility: Be ready to pitch in where needed—whether that’s running vacation routes, helping with rebates, or adapting hours to meet the needs of our business.

What We Expect from You
- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus!
- Experience: 1-3 years of merchandising experience preferred, but if you're a fast learner, we want to hear from you!
- Sales Career Path: Open to relocating and stepping into a Sales Representative position in the future.
- Drive & Motivation: Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding role, so be prepared for lots of moving, lifting, and staying active. You'll need to complete a Post Offer Pre-Employment Physical (POPE) to join our team.
