You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Assist in Maintenance Scheduling: Help with coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities for production equipment to ensure minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Assist in keeping up-to-date records of maintenance activities, updating equipment manuals, and generating reports on equipment performance.
• Inventory Management Support: Track spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Support the procurement process by assisting in identifying and ordering materials as needed.
• Barcode Relabeling: Relabel all spare parts bins (4500+ bins) with updated barcodes to improve inventory tracking and accessibility.
• SAP Updates: Update the criticality of all spare parts in SAP and assist in RPN (Risk Priority Number) calculations, ensuring accurate data input into the system.
• Optimize TPM Tasks: Support the optimization of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks for both production and maintenance teams to increase efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Assist with Work Orders/PM Mobile: Help plan and schedule maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks. Prioritize based on urgency and production needs.
• Generate Information for TPM and WPS: Assist with generating or filling in necessary information related to TPM and WPS (Workplace Safety) dimensions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Team: Work directly with the Maintenance Manager, Group Leads, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Specialist to support departmental goals and improve operational performance.
• Cost and Inventory Reduction: Assist in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and inventory reduction strategies to meet departmental targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in weekly PIP (Performance Improvement Program) and TPM meetings, ensuring effective follow-up and coordination with other departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of maintenance and production scheduling concepts.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
