Digital Transformation Intern

We are looking for a Digital Banking & CRM Technology Intern to support our technology team in driving this transformation and gain valuable hands-on experience in both digital banking platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies.

 

Position Summary:

As a Digital Banking & CRM Solutions Intern, you will be working with our digital banking and CRM technology teams to help enhance customer experience, improve internal processes, and support the development of digital banking solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both customer-facing technologies and CRM platforms, which are critical to the success of modern banking.

You will be involved in various tasks, including digital platform development, CRM system management, data analysis, testing, and integration of new features or systems to improve customer journey and employee engagement.

Digital Banking Technologies:

  • Assist in Developing Digital Banking Solutions:
    • Support the development and maintenance of the bank’s mobile and online banking platforms.
    • Help integrate new features such as digital payments, mobile deposit, and user-friendly interfaces.
    • Assist in testing and troubleshooting issues related to digital banking applications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work with other teams (e.g., product, marketing, and customer support) to ensure that digital banking solutions align with customer needs and business goals.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Assist with CRM System Support:
    • Work with the CRM team to support the integration, customization, and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Help ensure CRM data quality and support the automation of customer interactions.
    • Help develop customer segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing and improve service offerings.

Collaboration & Learning:

  • Collaboration on Agile Projects:
    • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile development activities related to CRM and digital banking projects.
    • Contribute ideas and insights into improving customer experience via CRM systems and digital banking platforms.
  • Research & Innovation:
    • Stay updated with industry trends in digital banking and CRM technologies.
    • Contribute research and suggestions for implementing new features or enhancements to the bank’s digital banking and CRM systems.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Help document the technical specifications, process flows, and system changes related to CRM and digital banking projects.
    • Assist in creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track performance and improvements in customer engagement.

 

Requirements:

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently manage tasks.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in both technical and business contexts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Physical Demands: 

  1. Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds.
  2. Remain sedentary (seated) for extended periods of time.

Working Environment:

  1. Work is performed in a professional office environment.
  2. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
