Partner Relations Coordinator [8042]

Non-profit association seeks a temporary-to-permanent Partner Relations Coordinator to manage deliverables and assist with the sales process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create contracts for new and existing partners.
  • Track deliverables for partnership agreements.
  • Maintain events calendar and communicate with speakers for company events to obtain agreements.
  • Develop partner sponsorship presentations and briefing materials.
  • Gather marketing information for registration forms.
  • Attend department meetings as required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Demonstrated professionalism.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with speakers and board directors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and video conferencing platforms.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a client support role.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Rate: $22 per hour while temping.

Salary: $55,500 – $60,500 per year once permanent.
