About the Role:

At Jendco Safety Supply Inc., we don’t just sell safety products — we build partnerships that keep America’s workforce safe, efficient, and prepared.  As an Account Manager, you’ll be more than a point of contact.  You’ll be a trusted advisor, a resourceful problem solver and a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences — every time.

This role blends proactive customer management, inside sales and collaboration with external partners.  You’ll work cross-functionally with our warehouse, purchasing and finance teams to support your accounts and help them grow  while supporting our mission to be responsive, reliable and relentlessly focused on customer needs.

What You'll Do:

Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers via phone, email, showroom visits and our website.

Serve as a go-to resource for quoting, order entry, product knowledge and problem resolution.

Proactively follow up on open quotes, backorders and past purchases to keep customers engaged and informed.

Partner with manufacturers and vendors to track orders, resolve issues and source product solutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM (NetSuite).

Support your team by cross-selling, upselling and executing marketing initiatives that drive customer retention and revenue.

Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and support needs.

Work toward individual and team sales goals while contributing to Jendco’s strong culture of service and integrity.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with CRM systems (NetSuite experience a plus).

Have B2B sales or customer service experience in industrial, construction or safety supply industries.

Enjoy fast-paced environments and have a knack for managing multiple priorities.
