What does a Marketing Assistant do at Rinnai?
Provides daily support for PROs, in Network, and new applicants, within the enrollment funnel. Supports, trains/educates, and builds rapport with PROs, sales, and other internal stakeholders, while increasing PRO engagement and customer satisfaction.
- This position is located at 103 International Drive Peachtree City, GA with a hybrid schedule.
- The pay rate is $21.00/hr. plus 5% AIP bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and foster PROs, within a defined territory, within the PRO Network and Enrollment Funnel.
- Accurately and efficiently interact with PROs within the Rinnai PRO Network by internet, email, telephone, and/or Voicemail.
- Coordinate and facilitate Enrollment Process for new PROs wanting to enter the program as it pertains to product training and required documents.
- Educate PROs within the Rinnai PRO Network on the PRO Portal and overall benefits and features.
- Work synergistically with sales, rep agencies, consumers, new customers, PROs, marketing personnel, and cross-functionally with internal staff.
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to customer’s (internal and external) needs, requests, and concerns.
- Provide training and support to Rinnai sales, rep agencies, and PROs (and their staff) on the PRO Network.
- Provide monthly reports on territory to track efforts, engagement, challenges, and recommendations for process improvement.
- Assist with Marketing activities and tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience and knowledge effectively servicing customer base in the multi-channeled working environment
SKILLS
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Office experience to be proficient.
- Confident, professional, courteous telephone techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver and interpret information exchange most concisely.
- Efficient time management skills, with the ability to listen and follow through with appropriate action.
