Intern, Social Media & Community Engagement

The OASD Education Foundation is dedicated to engaging the community in supporting Oshkosh public schools by providing resources for innovation, fine arts, athletics, scholarships, and other programs that enhance students' lives. These funds help educators implement creative ideas that enrich students' academic experiences, inspiring lifelong learning and success.

We are seeking a college student for a paid internship to support our efforts in increasing community engagement and strengthening connections with Oshkosh public schools.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary content creator (with supervision) for social media and digital communications related to the OASD Education Foundation, including the launch of a specific program or project.

Develop and implement a campaign to connect the community with classrooms and foster ongoing engagement on social media.

Create content for Facebook, LinkedIn, newsletters, and the Foundation’s website.

Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Finalsite web platform, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Familiarity with digital marketing, communications, and social media campaigns.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
