Clinician and Staffing Services Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Clinician and Staffing Services Intern will act as a resource to assist in the creation of effective training resources for adult education. This includes but is not limited to researching topic content and identifying the most effective training approach.

 

The Details:  This is a full-time remote opportunity. 10-week internship that will run from early June through August 2025.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist in the development and design of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address the learning needs of adult learners.
  • Conduct research on best practices and innovative approaches in adult education.
  • Support the evaluation and revision of existing training resources to ensure they meet quality standards and learning objectives.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of educational resources and materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new training initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of training workshops and webinars.

  • Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

 

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • A student currently enrolled in an accredited college program, and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating effective resources for adult learning.

 

SALARY RANGE

  • $17-$20 per hour. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.
