ABOUT THE ROLE
The Accounting Intern will be responsible for project based work in a variety of areas which may include account reconciliation support, and/or monthly close processes. You will be exposed to a wide array of accounting practices and learn applicable skills for both school and future career.
The Details: This is a full-time remote opportunity. 10-week internship that will run from early June through August 2025.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating reconciliation schedules in Microsoft Excel
- Working to develop new format of financial information to meet users’ needs
- Leveraging work already performed in previous months and applying new format
- Reconciliation of information
- Accounting’s standardization project (SOP’s) - assisting with updating the reconciliation schedules as noted above
- Drafting standard language SOP documentation with RAM input

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to company legal and financial information
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A 2nd or 3rdyear or graduating student currently enrolled in an accredited college program and pursuing an undergraduate degree with a concentration in Accounting.
- Junior and Senior level students preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
SALARY RANGE
- $17.00-$20.00 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.
