Lighting Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Efirds Lighting Team as a representative specializing in interior and exterior lighting design. As an integral part of our sales force, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on lighting design, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and willing to be involved in sales.

• Client Consultation:
  • Engage with clients to understand their lighting design preferences, lifestyle, and budget constraints.
  • Provide personalized guidance on lighting styles, materials, and finishes to meet client requirements.
• Product Knowledge
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Lighting product line, staying updated on new designs, trends, and features.
  • Effectively communicate product specifications, benefits, and unique selling points to clients.
  • Present and explain design concepts to clients, addressing questions and incorporating feedback.
• Quoting and Pricing:
  • Generate accurate quotes based on selected lighting configurations, materials, and additional customizations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure competitive and profitable quotations.
• Order Processing:
  • Assist customers in the order placement process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of lighting orders.
• Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and communication.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Design, with an interest in lighting or related interior design products.
• Knowledge of lighting design principles, materials, and trends.
• Ability and desire to learn to work with blueprints and building plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding those goals.
