About the Role
As an eCommerce Steward (Digital Asset Specialist), you’ll be a key player in managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) services—two critical components of modern martech operations.
You’ll collaborate with global teams, optimize digital content, provide top-notch support, and build strong client relationships. No two days are the same, and you’ll always be learning something new!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to expert for managing digital content in our eCommerce platforms
- Build relationships with key clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our DAM platform
- Analyze & report on market trends, sharing valuable insights and best practices
- Perform audits to optimize digital content and drive efficiency
- Promote smart content reuse to save time and resources
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, and technology to execute strategic initiatives
- Stay up to date on digital trends and new features within the DAM & PIM space
- Solve tech challenges, working alongside our Operations team to keep everything running smoothly
- Spot opportunities for growth, suggesting new ways to expand our digital content capabilities.

- Recent graduate or early career professional with a passion for digital content, media, or eCommerce
- A natural problem-solver who loves tackling challenges head-on
- Data-savvy with strong analytical skills to uncover trends and opportunities
- Confident communicator—whether it’s presenting insights or running client meetings
- Tech-curious with an interest in digital platforms, content management, and media
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & adaptable to new technologies
