Creative Services Intern
JOB SUMMARY:
The Creative Services intern supports the overall goals of TVFCU by ensuring that TVFCU is visible in the community. This role will assist with TVFCU’s social media, website content creation, print and digital design, video content creation and scheduling, campaign strategy development, and other duties that support TVFCU marketing efforts. Will represent TVFCU in a professional manner at TVFCU marketing events and community involvement activities, creating a favorable impression and new opportunities for TVFCU.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and monitoring, including self-created content and content from other sources.
- Assist with website content creation, updates and additions, copywriting and graphics creation.
- Assist with print advertising creation.
- Assist with new member onboarding promotions.
- Assist with in-branch video content creation and scheduling.
- Assist with email promotions.
- Assist with in person marketing events.
- Assist with campaign strategy and content creation of digital advertising including both vendor-based and in-house promotions.
- Assist with videography/photography content creation and editing for website, social media and other digital needs.
- Proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability and strong relationships in every interaction with members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The TVFCU Internship Program is designed for undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds who are considering careers in business, economics, finance, accounting, marketing, information technology, human resources, and other related fields. This internship supports TVFCU’s goal of expanding access and opportunities in financial services careers for students from historically underrepresented communities.
- Candidates must be 18 years of age
- Minimum 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale (must provide transcripts)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Ability to work part-time or full-time hours for the summer (25-40 hours/week, generally 8am-5pm Monday-Friday)
- Able to commit to the full internship of 10 weeks (weekends may be required)
