About Aviation Insurance Managers, Inc.:

We are an Aviation Insurance Broker located in Uniontown, Ohio. We have been operating for over 40 years exclusively in the Aviation Insurance Market. We provide services for clients across the United States.

AIM is currently seeking an individual to join our team, prior insurance experience not required. Initially, the candidate will learn how our company operates on a daily basis by participating in organizing and distributing the influx of information via e-mails from our clients, learning the flow and process of our company. The candidate will become familiar with client files, and assist AIM staff in the daily flow of business. The candidate will be given greater responsibilities commensurate with their ability to grasp our policies and procedures. The candidate will eventually work more closely with our Agents in preparing specialized documents and process-specific tasks assigned by the president of the company. Team Player mentality is a must for this position.

Duties include but are not limited to typing forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials. Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval. Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors. Support will also include assisting the daily operations of our company including answering phones, emailing and distributing documents. Must be able to follow directions and have a willingness to learn in a unique and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Typing, spelling, and grammar skills are important. Must possess a good memory, be able to multi-task, and complete job assignments as required. Able to use stairs on a frequent basis & lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
