After training, the Entry-Level Account Manager's Duties are:
- Follow up daily with consumers, follow up with their account inquiries, and negotiate a formal acquisition
- Offer exceptional customer service, providing knowledgeable feedback for all customer questions and concerns
- Professionally educate the consumer on brand benefits and promotions,
- Expertly close sales, increasing the overall revenue and profitability of the company.
- Customize the customer's pricing packages and create accounts
- Provide timely responses and solutions to all account challenges, increasing customer retention, and brand popularity
