Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AT&T Fiber Sales Manager to lead our team at Align Sales Pros in Santa Clara, CA. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales strategy, operations, and performance of a team of Sales Representatives promoting AT&T Fiber services to both residential customers and business clients. This leadership position is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategies, and ensuring team success while meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team, senior management, and other departments to maximize opportunities and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets in both the residential and business sectors.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and set goals to maintain high sales productivity.
Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to ensure team members continuously improve their sales skills and performance.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth for AT&T Fiber products in both residential and business markets.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with company goals and implement new initiatives to increase market penetration.
Monitor sales performance closely, analyzing results and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Ensure the sales team is consistently following the sales process and closing deals in a timely and effective manner.
Performance Management:
Track individual and team performance, ensuring that sales quotas are met or exceeded consistently.
Review customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive necessary changes.
Use sales analytics and CRM tools to track progress and manage leads and opportunities.
Create and maintain sales reports to communicate sales activity, progress toward goals, and market trends to upper management.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with both residential customers and business clients, identifying their unique needs and offering solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Ensure that all customer-facing team members are maintaining high levels of customer service and offering tailored AT&T Fiber solutions to clients.
Develop strategies to retain existing clients and grow the customer base, focusing on both residential and business opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment on business strategies and customer outreach.
Provide timely feedback and updates to upper management on team performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm and implement promotional campaigns, events, and strategies that drive business.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in telecommunications, fiber optics, or technology sales.
Technology Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
Sales Management Experience: Proven experience leading and managing sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field-based activities.
Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to meet business demands.
