You’ll be a great fit if this is you:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Self-Motivated and Ambitious.

Here’s what you will do: 

• Assist with fleet management by tracking vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption through Enterprise eFleet.
• Enter and manage expenses in Deltek-Ajera & Quickbooks.
• Record and file receipts for accounting, ensuring they are documented correctly.
• Assist with general accounting tasks such as managing invoices and financial record-keeping.
• Research and assist with cost allocation for purchased items, ensuring proper tracking and categorization.
• Review and organize internal documents to ensure they meet company standards and are properly filed.
• Coordinate meetings by scheduling, sending invites, and preparing necessary materials.
• Draft professional emails for internal and external communication.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
• Help maintain a clean and organized office by assisting with routine tasks like organizing supplies and managing office storage.
• Run vehicle-related errands, including picking up mail, supplies, and documents as needed.
• Contribute to improving office processes and operational efficiency.

Compensation: The compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skill set, and physical work location.
