Snacks Sales Strategy Internship

As a Sales Strategy Intern, you will support the development and execution of sales strategies for our snacks division. You will work closely with the sales planning team to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and assist in the creation of sales plans that align with our business objectives. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in sales strategy and planning, offering a comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a leading food company.

Principal Internship Assignments:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development of sales plans and forecasts.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year College or University or in a Graduate program and meet the following criteria:
  • For Undergraduate Internship positions, you must be a Rising Senior and/or entering their final year prior to graduation
  • For MBA/Graduate Internship positions, you must be in their final year prior to graduation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in the food industry and sales strategy.
