Insurance Service Team Member

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Service Team Member to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with policy inquires, billing questions, and coverage changes

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-ups

Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell opportunities

Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency's system

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills--Mandarin speaking preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license
