Business Law Intern

Location: Hybrid
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Compensation: College credit

Responsibilities:

Research food industry regulations and licensing requirements.

Assist in contract review, vendor agreements, and liability waivers.

Support nonprofit legal compliance for A Loving Village Inc.

Work on trademark and intellectual property protection for branding.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in a law program with an interest in business law, contracts, or food law.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented and ability to handle sensitive business information.
