As a Retail Event Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and executing high-impact events within a major retail store, representing a renowned brand. Position Overview

The Retail Event Sales Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that drive sales, engage customers, and enhance brand visibility within the store. You will lead a team of sales associates, ensure smooth event operations, and create an outstanding customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, drive business growth, and contribute to a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail events that align with the brand’s goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates during event execution, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and the marketing team to create promotional strategies and event materials.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for each event, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Ensure that all events are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product offerings and company initiatives to effectively engage customers.
  • Foster a positive, motivating environment for the team, ensuring high morale and performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales and event management, preferably within a leadership or management role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both customers and team members.
  • Goal-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
