Wholesale Internship - Summer 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Clerical (phones, filing, helping us with copies, ordering supplies, managing shipping)
  • Samples (checking in, scheduling messengers, steaming, unpacking, sending to photoshoots)
  • Assisting sales in showroom market appointments and with press days
  • During the Fall and Spring: assisting with set up and attending 3 day Coterie Tradeshow in NY
  • Spearhead various projects to support wholesale…. Selling analysis, new store outreach, etc
  • Send copy, samples and images to our Ecomm accounts
  • Support specialty sales with a focus on the tristate area, including presenting the line in person or via zoom, order follow up and maintenance, ensuring timely shipping, collecting payment

This is an unpaid internship with potential to stay on longer and turn into a paid position. Hybrid remote and in office
