Media Intern

As a Media Intern you will be responsible for assisting the team with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. They will also be a self-starter with great communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Completing basic office duties such as photocopying, filing, and faxing as well as answering telephones and emailing documents
  • Making calls to vendors, station reps, etc. When necessary, follow-ups with team members, and the monitoring/updating of documents
  • Organize and save all components of media plan including insertion orders, contracts, creative and proof of performance files on client cloud drive
  • Maintain and manage assigned projects and manage internal team communication on timely/consistent basis
  • Assisting the team with quarterly client recaps
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Perform media evaluations for clients on new opportunities
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook with the ability to learn new computer systems
  • Assist the account services team in day-to-day management of client campaigns
  • Learn about overseeing client projects including across a variety of media channels including print, radio, TV, OOH and digital

This internship position is for a duration of 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week depending on the student's availability.
