Compliance Auditor

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Compliance Auditors to help ensure the integrity of Pennsylvania's gaming industry.
Position Overview: As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that brick-and-mortar casinos and iGaming operators comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You will conduct comprehensive compliance audits to verify that gaming operations are fair, transparent and adhere to consumer protection standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a front-row seat in one of the nation's most exciting gaming markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance testing and audits of gaming operations to ensure adherence to state laws and regulations.
- Review financial records, gaming systems and operational procedures to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address compliance issues and promote best practices.
- Stay abreast of regulatory updates and industry trends to inform audit processes and procedures.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or Finance;
OR
Four (4) years of accounting and/or auditing experience with fifteen (15) college level credits in accounting;
OR
An equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
BASIC ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ability to operate a personal computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, and other similar office equipment.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in the English language.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedure.
Ability to operate an automobile.
The duties for this position will be mostly performed in a typical office environment. However, occasional travel may be required.
