Accounts Receivable  Intern 

Reports To: Controller 

Location: New York, NY 

Salary Range: $17-$20/hour

The Role  

With heavy emphasis in assisting with the Accounts Receivable function, the role will also assist with Billing and Accounts Payable   

Primary Responsibilities  

• Assist in the AR collection and Billing process utilizing Salesforce and QuickBooks
• Assist in the AP process
• Ad hoc projects as needed by the department

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications  

• Microsoft Excel; Pivot tables and VLOOKUP a plus
• Understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications  

• QuickBooks
• Microsoft Word
