Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the group. This role serves as a strategic partner to the site leadership, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with business objectives, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's business goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer retention.
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to keep the company brand competitive.
Brand Management & Customer Engagement:
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, in-store promotions, and events.
- Work closely with creative teams to design compelling marketing materials, signage, and advertisements.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and promotions to enhance guest engagement and repeat visits.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee the company's online presence, including website content, social media, and online reviews.
- Implement targeted digital campaigns, including SEO, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize engagement and return on investment (ROI).
Public Relations & Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with local influencers, media, and community partners to drive brand visibility.
- Organize and promote special events, sponsorships, and collaborations with local businesses.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
Sales & Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide reports and insights to leadership, recommending data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Budget & Vendor Management:
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, e-commerce, and content marketing.
- Strong skills in copywriting, research, and budget management.
- Experience in retail marketing.
