Marketing Development Manager
The Marketing Development Manager is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and analyzing technological tools that enable efficient customer data and relationship management (OLO). This role focuses on maximizing the use of customer measurement and analytics platforms to drive marketing strategies, personalize communication, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- OLO Management: Administration and integration with marketing and sales tools.
- Segmentation and Analysis: Defining criteria, analyzing customer behavior, and creating reports.
- Campaign Automation: Designing workflows, A/B testing, and data-driven strategies.
- Collaboration with Operations: Coordinating with internal teams to improve service quality.
- KPI Monitoring: Evaluating campaign performance and providing improvement recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training: Providing education and support to internal teams on OLO usage.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Additional Training: Certifications, courses, or diplomas in customer behavior measurement tools (e.g., CRM).
Experience:
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Olo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
- Experience in data analysis, audience segmentation, and key marketing metrics.
Languages: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
