Entry-Level Accounting & HR Assistant

We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Accounting & HR Assistant with real-world accounting experience who’s ready to support billing, HR, finance, and cross-functional operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment collection (Stripe & PayPal)
  • Track and reconcile income, expenses, and reimbursements
  • Work in QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets, and Dropbox
  • Collaborate with AMs to monitor renewal timelines and ensure proper billing
  • Support monthly reporting and cross-platform data validation
  • Manage and track renewal contracts and proposals

HR & Operations Support

  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
  • Assist with timesheet reviews, reimbursements, and payroll
  • Help coordinate write-ups, onboarding docs, and HR follow-ups
  • Support exec team with financial snapshots and reporting

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of real-world accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Stripe, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities remotely
  • Bonus: experience supporting HR processes or working cross-functionally

Job Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PST (Remote)
  • Compensation: Competitive salary or hourly (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

 

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
