Billing Administrator
About the roles
We are searching for two Billing Administrators. These are both 100% in-person positions. One is located in our Hollywood office and the other is in our Studio City office. The Billing Administrator’s main role is to be the hub of all financial information on all campaigns . They must be extremely organized, great with numbers, and adept at executive communication.
What you'll do
- Account Receivable and Accounts Payable processing and maintenance
- Create new Titles, Jobs, and Bills in FileMaker Pro
- Be an expert on the functionality and administration of FileMaker Pro
- Create and track invoices in Vendor Portals
- Receive and process freelancer invoices
- Analyze profitability per Campaign and Client
- Recording financial transactions
- Reconcile credit card transactions
- Produce Financial Reports
- Communicate accurate financials to executive leadership
- Assist Executive Leadership with administrative tasks including but not limited to:
o Scheduling
o Purchasing office supplies
o Coordination of facility needs
o Reception and phones
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or Associate’s Degree from a college or university in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks Online
- Required Intermediate to advanced proficiency working with FileMaker Flagship
- Required Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel
- Preferred experience in Entertainment Marketing or Entertainment Production
