Marketing Sales Representative

We are a B2B insurance company who's continued success and growth has prompted our search for knowledgeable individuals whose dedication to product and service excellence matches our own. We are not expected to sell to family or friends, and our primary targets are business owners that are members of our 500+ Trade Associations that exclusively recommend Federated. We are highly trained to help build superior insurance programs for each client’s business and assist with their risk management needs. Our company policy also encourages promotion within, thus creating promotional opportunity for successful individuals.

We have an excellent position for the right person. This position requires a hardworking, competitive, self-motivated individual who has a proven track record of success. When hired, our Marketing Representatives are provided with all necessary sales and product training. You will also receive a $50,000 base salary (not a draw), new commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation and top tier incentive trips.

Included with our industry leading first year average pay of $135,000, we also have a benefit program that far outweighs our competition. Included in our benefit program is a fully funded pension plan, 60% match on 401k, health insurance, disability income protection, and life insurance.
