Project/Sales Manager


Position: Project/ Sales Manager Full/Part Time
Oak Timber Roofing & Co is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented commercial and residential roofing project/sales manager to fill a position in the (Oklahoma City) area. This is a 1099 form fast turnaround commission position with no cap on how much money you can earn. We offer comprehensive training and sales support to ensure that each sales associate is successful. Top salespeople earn between $100K-$150K. (Superstars $200K+) Take your career to the next level in this high-profile role. Paid Training is offered for full-time commits.

Compensation: 
● Commission based
● Pay cycle: Weekly
● Sales cycle less than 60 days
● Travel options
● Typical Commission size: $1,000-5,000 per job

● 10% profit from gross after project is accepted
● 10% draw from submitted payments
● 6 roof sales a month = $1,000.00 bonus
● 10 roof sales a month = $2,000.00 bonus

Basic Structure:
Project Managers obtain new business through canvassing, customer referrals, and business networking. You will be trained to fully utilize a pitch book, and demonstrate the proper process for handling insurance claims, customers, sub-contractors, and projectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for signing contracts, maintaining quota, and managing construction projects.
A typical day may involve:
• Prospecting and contacting potential customers
• Completing roof inspections and presenting service agreements
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
• Setting up follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Creating sales material to present to customers
• Outside door-to-door sales
• Reporting job progress through our CRM system
• Help solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term customer savings and elevated positions for the company
• Manage projects through completion and collection

•  Keep employees, homeowners, and subcontractors on the same page always by over- communicating clarity
• Guide property owners through the claims process from start to finish with little to no help, while understanding sales requirements
• Meet with Insurance Adjusters and advocate for property owners during claims adjustments
• Self-generate business through business networking and prospecting
