CCM Paid Summer Internships

CCM is Connecticut’s statewide association of towns and cities and is an inclusionary organization that celebrates the commonalities between, and champions the interests of urban, suburban, and rural communities. 

Intern’s Activities: The interns will work in the area of Member Services and Communications.  Interns may work with researching information for internal and external marketing and communications. This may involve assisting in the creation of promotional materials, designing computer/web graphics, ad copy, writing articles for CCM’s website and magazine, doing data entry, or promoting CCM’s product and services to members/businesses. The intern will assist in a wide variety of functions, including daily administration. 

Qualifications: Prefer student with a background in marketing, communications, public administration, or business administration.  Requires excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office, graphic software and spreadsheet software is desirable.

Length of Internship: June - August 

Hours Per Week: Full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
