Customer Experience Intern

Pvilion Customer Service Internship

We are seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Intern. This role will involve working closely with our Customer Experience team to take the lead in developing a system to improve the Pvilion customer experience. This internship will provide insight behind the scenes of customer success management, including professional communication, product feedback, customer retention, and data analysis.

Please note, since we are a small business, all employees handle a variety of tasks/responsibilities in different aspects of the business. While your primary role will be assisting with this specific role, there will be miscellaneous admin responsibilities you will be asked to help with (e.g. filing, scanning, scheduling, etc.)

This full-time, 40-hour per week internship will be hybrid, both in-office and occasionally remote. This is a paid internship.

Example Projects:

  • Customer feedback collection and data analysis. Help develop a database to collect feedback from customers to use for product and service improvements. 
  • Customer success management. Develop systems for proactive customer support and check-ups with existing customers.
  • Customer journey mapping. Map out the customer journey from start to finish, and pinpoint stages with room for improvement.
  • Customer feedback ticketing. Build out and execute a customer feedback ticketing system to route messages from different channels to the correct team member.
  • Troubleshooting processes. Develop a process for troubleshooting different customer needs when they arise.
  • Customer training. Help organize a system for storing customer training materials.
  • Best practices. Organize an internal customer service manual with best practices.
     

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to help others succeed.
